He had suggestions/solutions that no one else had thought of and worked with us to find the best solutions for our budget. He showed up when he promised, was great at communicating, charged a fair amount, was flexible as some things were changed around during the job, did what he said he would (always with a smile on his face, even in this extreme heat) and thoroughly cleaned up the job site.
